MIGA

Si algo no queda claro, escribinos a miga.consultas@gmail.com.

Última actualización: 2026-10-01.

Lo corto

Tu cuenta

Terms of use (English)

These are the rules for using the MIGA app. They are written in plain language on purpose. It is a translation of the Spanish page; if the two ever differ, the Spanish one applies. If anything is unclear, write to miga.consultas@gmail.com.

The short version

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use MIGA. An account belongs to one person: don't share it or use it to pass yourself off as someone else. You sign in with Google or Apple, and keeping access to that account safe is up to you.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, at the bottom of the screen. What is erased and what stays (your ratings, without your name) is explained in the privacy policy.

What you publish

Your reviews, notes, username, name and city can be seen by other people who use MIGA. What you write stays yours; by publishing it you let us show it in the app and use your ratings — without your name — in each dish's averages and in other people's recommendations.

Publish only real experiences of your own, of dishes you actually ate.

What is not allowed

Anywhere in the app — reviews, notes, usernames, names or cities — we do not tolerate:

MIGA automatically checks what is published and refuses language it does not allow. That is a floor, not the whole of moderation: the rest relies on reports.

Reporting and blocking

Every post and every other person's profile has a (…) menu to:

We review every report within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may delete the text of a review, change a name or username, or suspend the account — without notice when the case is serious. A suspended account cannot sign in again. If you think we got it wrong, write to miga.consultas@gmail.com.

Recommendations, menus and allergies

MIGA's recommendations are suggestions computed from your ratings and other people's; they may not match your taste.

Menus, prices and ingredients come from each restaurant's public sources and from what people report; they can be incomplete or out of date. When you add an allergy, MIGA leaves out dishes whose known ingredients contain it, but it cannot guarantee a dish is safe: always confirm with the restaurant before you order.

The app

MIGA is provided as it is, and it may change, have errors or stop being available. We do our best for it to work well, but we cannot promise it never fails. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Argentine consumer protection law (Ley 24.240) gives you.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies. These terms are between you and MIGA, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date above. If the change is significant, we tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
