Esta página describe exactamente qué datos recoge miga-ar.com, para qué, cuánto tiempo se guardan y cómo pedir que se borren. Está escrita en castellano común a propósito.

Lo corto
El sitio tiene un solo formulario: la lista de espera. Recoge tu nombre, tu email y si sos una persona o un restaurante. Nada más, y no lo vendemos ni lo compartimos con nadie. No usamos cookies ni guardamos nada en tu navegador. Sí medimos cuánta gente entra y de dónde viene, de forma anónima y sin seguirte entre sitios —el detalle está en "Cookies y analítica".
Qué recogemos y por qué
Cuando enviás el formulario de la lista de espera, se guarda:
- Nombre — para escribirte por tu nombre cuando abra el acceso.
- Email — para avisarte cuando abra el acceso. Es el único uso.
- Persona o restaurante — para mandarte el mensaje que corresponde. Las dos conversaciones son distintas.
- Origen — una etiqueta técnica que indica que la inscripción vino del sitio web. No identifica a nadie.
No pedimos teléfono, ni dirección, ni fecha de nacimiento, ni ningún dato que no tenga un uso concreto en esa lista.
Cómo se guarda
Una inscripción por dirección de email. Si te inscribís dos veces se actualiza la que ya existía en vez de crear una nueva, y el sitio responde exactamente igual en los dos casos: no confirmamos si una dirección ya estaba en la lista, porque eso convertiría el formulario en una forma de averiguar quién se anotó.
Los registros técnicos del servidor anotan que hubo una inscripción y si fue de una persona o de un restaurante, nunca la dirección de email.
Si el formulario te muestra la leyenda de prototipo visual en lugar de una confirmación, quiere decir que ese envío no se transmitió ni se guardó en ningún lado.
Cuánto tiempo
Hasta que pidas que lo borremos, o hasta que la lista de espera deje de tener sentido porque el acceso ya está abierto para todos. Lo que pase primero.
Con quién se comparte
Con nadie. No vendemos la lista, no la cedemos y no la usamos para publicidad de terceros.
Hay dos proveedores técnicos que necesariamente ven el tráfico del sitio para que funcione: Render, donde está alojado el sitio y la base de datos, y Cloudflare, que enruta el dominio y además provee la medición anónima de visitas descrita más abajo. Ninguno de los dos recibe la lista de espera para usarla por su cuenta. El sitio también carga tipografías desde Google Fonts, lo que implica que Google ve la dirección IP desde la que se cargó la página.
Cookies y analítica
No hay cookies. El sitio no instala cookies, no usa el almacenamiento local del navegador, y no tiene píxeles de seguimiento ni identificadores publicitarios. Está verificado, no es una promesa: después de cargar cualquier página, el navegador no guarda absolutamente nada de este sitio.
Sí medimos visitas, de forma anónima. Desde el 14 de septiembre de 2026 usamos Cloudflare Web Analytics, que registra de manera agregada:
- qué página se visitó;
- desde dónde llegaste (por ejemplo, un enlace en Instagram);
- tipo de navegador, sistema operativo y dispositivo;
- el país;
- cuánto tardó en cargar la página.
No hay cookies ni ningún identificador que persista entre visitas, y Cloudflare declara que no sigue a las personas a través de los sitios de sus clientes. Sirve para saber cuánta gente entra y de dónde viene. No sirve —y no lo usamos— para reconocerte a vos.
Si preferís no aparecer en esa medición, alcanza con cualquier bloqueador que
bloquee static.cloudflareinsights.com. El sitio funciona exactamente igual.
Tus derechos
Podés pedir una copia de tus datos, su corrección o su eliminación escribiendo a miga.consultas@gmail.com con el asunto "datos". No hace falta que expliques el motivo y no te vamos a pedir que justifiques nada. Respondemos dentro de los plazos razonables y en todo caso dentro de los diez días hábiles.
En Argentina estos derechos están reconocidos por la Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales. La autoridad de aplicación es la Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), ante la cual podés presentar un reclamo si considerás que no atendimos tu pedido.
Menores
El sitio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y no recogemos datos a sabiendas de personas de esa edad.
Cambios
Si esto cambia, se actualiza esta página y se modifica la fecha de arriba. Si el cambio afecta datos que ya nos diste, además te escribimos.

The short version
The site has exactly one form: the waitlist. It collects your name, your email and whether you are a diner or a restaurant. Nothing else, and we do not sell or share it with anyone. We use no cookies and store nothing in your browser. We do measure how many people visit and where they arrive from, anonymously and without following you across sites — details under "Cookies and analytics".
What we collect and why
When you submit the waitlist form, we store:
- Name — so we can address you by name when access opens.
- Email — to tell you when access opens. That is its only use.
- Diner or restaurant — so you get the right message. The two conversations are different.
- Source — a technical label recording that the signup came from the website. It identifies nobody.
We do not ask for a phone number, an address, a date of birth, or any other field without a concrete use on that list.
How it is stored
One signup per email address. Signing up twice updates the existing entry instead of creating a new one, and the site responds identically either way: we never confirm whether an address was already on the list, because that would turn the form into a way of finding out who signed up.
Server logs record that a signup happened and whether it was a diner or a restaurant — never the email address itself.
If the form shows you the visual-prototype notice instead of a confirmation, that submission was neither transmitted nor stored anywhere.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist stops being meaningful because access is open to everyone. Whichever comes first.
Who it is shared with
Nobody. We do not sell the list, hand it over, or use it for third-party advertising.
Two technical providers necessarily see site traffic for it to work: Render, which hosts the site and the database, and Cloudflare, which routes the domain and also provides the anonymous visit measurement described below. Neither receives the waitlist to use on its own account. The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the IP address the page was loaded from.
Cookies and analytics
No cookies. The site sets no cookies, uses no browser local storage, and carries no tracking pixels or advertising identifiers. This is verified rather than promised: after loading any page, your browser has stored nothing at all from this site.
We do measure visits, anonymously. Since 14 September 2026 we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records in aggregate:
- which page was visited;
- where you arrived from (an Instagram link, for example);
- browser, operating system and device type;
- country;
- how long the page took to load.
There are no cookies and no identifier that persists between visits, and Cloudflare states that it does not track individuals across its customers' sites. It tells us how many people arrive and where from. It cannot — and we do not use it to — recognise you.
If you would rather not appear in that measurement, any content blocker that
blocks static.cloudflareinsights.com is enough. The site works exactly the
same without it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to miga.consultas@gmail.com with "datos" in the subject line. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to justify the request. We reply within reasonable time and in any case within ten business days.
In Argentina these rights are granted by Ley 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data. The supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), where you can file a complaint if you believe we did not handle your request properly.
Minors
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from people of that age.
Changes
If this changes, this page is updated and the date above changes with it. If the change affects data you have already given us, we will also write to you.
